Mother Teresa Hospital

Our hospital has been sitting here in the town of Jamniya for quite a while now. It is located right in the Gaziyapur district, so we see a lot of folks coming in from the nearby villages. The building is not the newest on the block, but it serves the purpose. There are a few wards and some basic rooms for people who need to stay the night. On market days, the road outside gets really packed with tractors and bikes, so it can be a bit loud. Our staff is mostly people from around here who know the families well. Everything from minor scrapes to more serious illnesses comes through our doors. The waiting room has some old benches that have been there forever. We do not have a big fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our work is just focusing on the people walking through the door. Sometimes the wait is long because we only have a few doctors on duty at a time. The pharmacy is right next to the entrance, which is handy. We try to keep things running as smoothly as possible, though some days are just chaotic. It is a busy life here in Jamniya. We see many kids with fevers and older people with their usual aches. It is just a regular local place doing what needs to be done every day. We do not have any big corporate rules, just a lot of hard work.
