Mughalsarai is one of those places that everyone knows because of the big railway junction. We are located at New Central Colony. Our specific spot is Quarter Number 748 A. This is in the Chandauli district of Uttar Pradesh. The pin code here is 232101. Working at Infocom Network Ltd involves a lot of regular daily tasks. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in the news. It is a quiet colony for the most part, though you can hear the trains passing by sometimes if the wind is blowing the right way. We have a small team working here. We mostly stay inside during the day because the heat in UP can be really intense during May and June. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and our computers. We know the tea stall around the corner very well and go there often. Most of the people living around us are families who have been in this colony for years. It is a very local vibe. We don't really do anything flashy. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and then head home. Sometimes the power goes out, which is pretty common around here, so we just wait it out or use the backup if it is working. It is a simple life in Chandauli. Not much happens that is very exciting, but we stay busy with our usual routine every day.
