Anjanaay Estate Builders and Developers is based in Mughalsarai. You can find our office at House Number 24 in Mughal Chack. We are right here in the Chandauli district. It’s a place we know inside and out because we live here too. We do mostly housing and local development stuff. It’s not always easy work, especially when the supplies are hard to get or the rain keeps us from pouring concrete for days. We started this because we saw a lot of people needing decent houses built around here. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our ledgers and some sketches of houses we are working on. We aren't some big firm with people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, covered in a bit of dust from the site. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build houses that stay standing and make the owners happy enough to tell their friends. Sometimes we have disagreements on the site about how to do something, but we always work it out. The guys on our crew are mostly local people from the neighborhood. We know the families around here. We’ve been working in Chandauli for quite a while now and we just take things one day at a time. It’s about doing a fair day's work for a fair day's pay. No more, no less. That’s how we like to run things. It’s simple and it works for us.
