A2Atri Construction is based out here in Village Illia, which is part of the Chandauli area. We are located at Khasra Number-166, sharing some space with Jawahir Singh. It’s a local operation, very much tied to the village and the surrounding post office area. Things move a bit slower out here than they do in the big cities, which suits us just fine. We mostly handle building work around the district, dealing with whatever the local folks need from us. The office is simple, just a room with the essentials like a table, some chairs, and a ceiling fan that creaks. Being in a village means everyone knows everyone, so we end up chatting with neighbors as much as we do with clients. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy brochures with glossy pictures. It’s mostly just us looking over site plans and making sure the materials arrive on time at the village. The roads can be a bit rough during the monsoon season, but we’ve lived here long enough to know the shortcuts and how to get things moved. Chandauli is home to us, so we try to do work that people won't complain about later at the tea stall. We’ve got the 232118 pin code on all our letters, and people usually find us just by asking around the post office. It's an honest living, and we keep ourselves busy with the daily tasks that come with running a small construction outfit in a rural spot.
