Our office is up on the 3rd floor, Flat No:302 in Chhawat Residency. Being in Chandanagar means there is always construction going on somewhere nearby. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and stacks of papers. Sirilingampally Mandal has changed a lot lately, and we’ve seen it happen from this window. It isn’t all big meetings and fancy suits here. Mostly, it is just us trying to make sure the measurements are right and the materials arrive on time. The elevator in this building sometimes acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I suppose. We have samples of tiles and bricks sitting in the corner of the room. It’s a bit messy, but that is how a developer's office usually looks. We deal with a lot of different people, from laborers to guys in offices. Some days are just filled with phone calls that never seem to end. We try to keep things straightforward. If a wall needs to go up, we figure out the best way to do it without making a huge fuss. Chhawat Residency is a quiet enough place to work, which is good when you need to concentrate on a floor plan. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the projects we started in this part of town.
