Working out of Ward No. 1 in Tanakpur is a lot different than being in a big city office. We are located near Shubham Agrawal’s place, and the whole area has a much slower pace. Being in Uttarakhand, we get to see the hills in the distance on clear days, which is a nice change of scenery. The air is definitely fresher here. Our office is a simple setup, nothing like those glass buildings you see in news magazines. It’s just a practical space for keeping things moving. We handle a lot of the local distribution and paperwork for this region. There isn’t much traffic on our street, mostly just local people walking by or the occasional tractor. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to be patient with the system and do things the old-fashioned way. We take our tea breaks seriously and usually sit out front if the weather is nice. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks like a working office with logs and ledgers everywhere. Tanakpur is a quiet town, and we like it that way. Most of the people who come by are local vendors or delivery drivers. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without making a big fuss about it. It’s honest work in a quiet part of the world and we enjoy the calm atmosphere every single day.
