Our office is at 203 Canal Road in Banbasa, which is a small town in the Champawat district of Uttarakhand. It’s a pretty quiet area, right near the water, and we like the location because it’s easy for people to find. We run Aadbhud Construction Private Limited from this spot. It isn't a big corporate headquarters, just a basic office where we manage our building projects. Most of the time, we are out on the road visiting different sites across the region. Banbasa is a unique place to work, being so close to the border, and we have been here long enough to understand how things get done. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just a few desks and a lot of paper files. We focus on local construction, whether it is small houses or bigger infrastructure tasks. The work is often physical and dirty, so we don't spend much time worrying about how we look. We just want to make sure the work is finished properly. My desk usually has a few layers of dust on it by the end of the week, but that’s normal for us. We don't use any complicated marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple business for people who value hard work and a direct approach.
