We are based out in Champadanga, which is part of the Tarakeswar area in the Hooghly district. It’s a village and post office combined, so things are a bit slower and more relaxed here than in the big cities. Our office is just a plain building where we handle all our paperwork and meetings. Rajib started this a while back, and we’ve just kept it going ever since. People around the village know us well enough. You can usually find us here during the day, unless we’re out on a call or visiting someone nearby. The roads around here can be a bit bumpy, especially during the monsoon season, but we manage to get around. It’s a quiet place mostly, with a lot of greenery and open space around the village. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing polished brochures for us. It’s just us doing our daily tasks and trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes we have a tea break under the shade outside when the sun gets too strong. It’s a very local way of working. We know the families around here and they know where to find us if they need anything. We don’t make things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just a small firm in a quiet part of Hooghly, doing what we know how to do best without any fuss. The work is steady and we enjoy being part of the community.
