Our spot is out in Champadanga, right near Tarakeswar in the Hooghly district. It is a very rural area, so things move a bit slower than they do in the big towns. We are based right in the village, so you see a lot of green fields and open space when you look out the window. The office itself is just a plain room with a few tables and chairs where we keep our records. We have been here for a good while now, and everyone in the village knows where to find us if they need anything. Working in Hooghly means dealing with the seasons, like when the monsoon rains make the roads a bit muddy and hard to travel on. We usually start our day quite early when the air is still a bit cool. There is a lot of back and forth with the local people and we spend a lot of time talking over things. It isn't a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough with the daily chores of the business. We don't use any fancy technology, just the basic stuff to keep things moving. Most days, we just focus on getting through the list of work and maybe having a chat with the people who drop by the office. It is a humble setup, but it serves us well enough for what we do here in Champadanga. It is just the way we have always done things, and it works.
