We are based up in Karan Prag on Rani Khet Road, right near the Shubash Nagar Band. It is a bit different up here in the Chamoli area compared to the plains. The roads are narrow and they wind around the hills quite a bit. Even though we are up here, we spend a lot of time serving Haridwar too because people are always moving between the two places. The office is in Shubash Nagar and it's a simple setup. We deal with a lot of mountain travel which means we have to be very careful about the condition of our vehicles. Brakes and tires are things we check every single day because you can't take risks on these slopes. When the weather turns bad or there is a landslide, things get complicated very fast. We spend hours on the phone coordinating with drivers who might be stuck somewhere. It's a tough job but we like being part of the community here. Locals know us and they just drop by to book a seat or a whole car for their family functions. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us handling the bookings and making sure the cars are ready. If you're heading towards the hills or coming down to the river, we're usually around to help out with the travel part.
