Torent Pharmacieuticals Limited

Torent Pharmacieuticals Limited operates out of Shibili Drug House on Jail Road. We are in the Meyan Bldg, which is over in the Chalpuram area. It’s an interesting spot to be in because Jail Road has its own unique character. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of little nooks and crannies. We’ve had to get creative with how we store our pharmaceutical supplies to fit everything in. It’s not a perfectly laid-out warehouse, but we know where everything is. The floors are a bit uneven in places, and you have to watch your step. We have a small office area where we handle the billing and the phone calls. Most of us have been working in Chalpuram for a long time, so we know the area well. It gets quite noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and helps them out. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We spend a lot of time double-checking labels because we want to make sure the right things go to the right people. It’s just us doing our daily rounds, making sure the medicine gets moved from the shelves to the delivery vans without any big problems getting in the way.
