We have been running this handloom spot for a while now in West Singhbhum. It is right near the Gurudwara building on Main Ranchi Road, so people usually find us easily when they are out that way. The place is full of threads and fabrics mostly. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready and checking on the stock. It’s not a huge setup or anything, just a local shop where we handle the daily work ourselves. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud because it’s a main road, but we’re used to it. People stop by to see what we’ve got on the shelves. There’s always dust from the road coming in, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. It's just a regular business day for us. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working through the piles of handloom items. It gets busy during certain times of the year, but mostly it's just a steady pace. Sometimes we run out of space for all the new stuff coming in. We try to keep things organized but it doesn't always stay that way for long. If you are walking down Ranchi Road, you'll see our sign. We've been in this neighborhood long enough that most people know where the Gurudwara building is. It is just how we make our living, doing the same thing every day and talking to whoever comes through the door.
