Shama Bricks Udyog

We’ve been out here in Hamidpur for a while now, right near the Kesaria police station. It’s a busy spot but we manage. Making bricks is what we do every day. It's dusty work, and the weather doesn't always help, but we keep the kilns going. People from around East Champaran come by when they need materials for a wall or a house. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the stacks of bricks and the chimney. Sometimes the trucks are late or the soil isn't quite right, but that's just how the business is. It’s hard work on the hands. My family helps out, and we have a few guys from the village who've been with us for years. We just try to get the orders filled so people can finish their building projects. It's not glamorous, but it’s honest work. If you're driving through Hamidpur, you'll see the smoke from the kiln. We usually have someone around from early morning until the sun goes down. Most people just know us as the local brick place. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually does the job around here. It’s just us, some clay, and a lot of fire. That’s Shama Bricks Udyog for you. We keep things simple and try to make sure the bricks are solid enough for whatever someone is building nearby.
