You can find us right near the bus stop in Battala Bazar, over in Aanole. It’s a lively spot because of the buses coming and going all day. There’s always someone waiting around or rushing to catch a ride. We do our manufacturing right here at Sr Food And Manufacture Company. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the machines on one side and the storage on the other. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that help a little. We handle various food items, mostly things that people use every day. We aren't a massive factory, just a local place where we put in the hours. The floor is usually covered in some kind of flour or grain depending on what we are making that day. We don't use fancy packaging with lots of colors; we just focus on making sure the food inside is good. People from the village come by often, and we know most of them by name. It’s a humble place. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us working right there. We take pride in just doing the work well and keeping the machines running. Sometimes a part breaks and we have to fix it ourselves, which takes time, but we manage. It’s just how we run things here in Aanole and we are okay with that.
