Mira Basanalaya

Our little shop is located in Rajbaria, which is part of Balia in the Nadia district. It is a quiet place for the most part, far away from the big city noise. We have been here for quite some time now, serving the people in the local village and the surrounding areas. Most people know us by name because we have lived here our whole lives. When you come to Mira Basanalaya, you will not see any bright lights or big advertisements. It is just a simple building where we keep all the household items and utensils that people around here need for their kitchens. Life moves at a slower pace in Nadia, and we like it that way. We spend our mornings setting things up and waiting for the regulars to drop by for a chat or to pick something up. Sometimes the weather gets quite hot, so we just sit under the fan and wait for the evening breeze. It is not a complicated business. We just try to keep the things people use every day in stock. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the tractors go by, but it is home to us. We know most of our customers by their faces, and they know where to find us if they need anything for their homes. We do not really do much online stuff, we just prefer talking to people face to face. It feels more natural that way.
