Our place is located in Block-1, Plot No. 13, over in the 4th Phase of MIDC Chakan. Specifically, we are in Nighoje. If you know Chakan, you know it’s a massive industrial hub. It’s full of factories and warehouses, and we are right in the middle of it. Safetec Healthcare & Hygiene is where we spend our days dealing with all sorts of hygiene products. It’s an industrial atmosphere, which means it’s more about function than style. The floors are concrete, and there’s always the sound of machinery or forklifts in the distance. We have a dedicated crew here who knows their way around the production lines. It’s not the kind of job where you sit in a quiet cubicle. We are always on the move, checking batches or organizing the warehouse. The weather in Nighoje can get pretty dusty, especially with all the construction and trucks passing through the MIDC area. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the area grow quite a bit. Despite being a private limited company, we still feel like a tight-knit group. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a local feel to the place. We don’t go for flashy ads or corporate slogans. We just focus on making sure the hygiene supplies are made right and shipped out to where they are needed. It’s a long day, but it feels good to see the trucks heading out.
