Dr Khade Hospital

The hospital is located right at Talegaon Chowk, which is a pretty hectic spot in Chakan. You can see Hotel Savera right across from us, so that’s a good landmark for anyone who hasn’t been here before. Being in the Khed area means we get a lot of people passing through on their way to other places. The traffic outside can be loud sometimes, especially with all the trucks and buses that go through the chowk. Inside, we try to keep things as quiet as possible so patients can rest. It’s a functional building, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it serves the purpose. We spend a lot of time dealing with the usual stuff you’d expect in a place like this. The staff stays busy moving between the different rooms. We have some benches for people to wait on, and the tea stall nearby is where a lot of families go to grab a quick drink. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running smoothly day after day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of life here. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, with more buildings going up around the chowk. But we are still here, right in front of the hotel, doing what we do every day for the locals and travelers who need us. It's a long day usually.
