Our place is located over in Nanekarwadi, specifically in the Chakan area. It's a huge site, covering several plots like 330 and 334. If you know Taluka Khed, you know it's where a lot of the heavy lifting happens. We deal with cranes and all the parts that go with them. It’s a lot of metal and big components moving around. The workshop is always humming with noise from the tools and the overhead movement. We’ve got a big team here, and everyone has their specific job to do. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There’s always someone welding or moving a heavy part from one side of the floor to the other. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, although the traffic in Chakan can be a real headache sometimes. We spend the whole day looking at blueprints and checking the steel. It's hard work, and your hands get dirty pretty fast. We don’t really do much of the fancy office stuff. We’re mostly out there where the actual builds are happening. Every day is kind of the same but different because the parts we are working on change. It’s a lot of logistics to keep everything moving. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is put together right before it heads out. It’s what we’ve been doing for a long time now. We stay late if a big crane needs finishing up.
