We've been at Plot No.136 and 137 for a while now. It's inside the Bajaj Vainture Compound. Most days start early here. There's a lot of metal and machine parts everywhere. It gets loud once the shifts start. We deal with auto products mostly. People often get lost finding us because the compound is big. If you're coming by, just ask for the engineering side near the back. It's not a fancy office. Just a place where things get made and shipped out. The floor stays busy. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk but we keep moving. Dealing with engineering stuff means things break down sometimes, but we fix them and get back to work. We have a small crew. Everyone knows their job. It's mostly about getting the orders out on time. The weather gets hot inside the shed during the afternoons. We've got the fans going but they don't do much when the big machines are running. It's just a regular workday here. No big speeches or anything. Just us working on the parts and making sure the counts are right. If you stop by, you'll probably see a couple of trucks loading up. It's a bit dusty but that's how engineering places are. We try to keep things organized but with all the manufacturing going on, things just get messy. We don't mind. It's part of the job and we are used to the noise.
