Our place is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. It’s been a family-run thing for a long time, and the building shows its age in some spots, but it holds up well enough. We spend most of our time dealing with whatever comes through the door each day. Some mornings are quiet, giving us a chance to reorganize the shelves or catch up on paperwork, but usually, it picks up by noon. The space inside is a bit cramped because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. You’ll see boxes stacked up in the corners and maybe some old ledgers sitting on the desk. We don’t really go for a modern look; we just keep things functional. The neighbors are all shopkeepers too, so we’ve known most of them for years. We get our lunch from the local spots nearby, and there’s always someone stopping by for a quick chat. It’s a grounded kind of work life here in Paharganj. We don't do much in the way of advertising; people just seem to find us or they’ve been coming here since they were younger. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done at this same address.
