Vinod Minerals & Chemicals

Our office is located at 202, Avinash Mansion, which is at 16/82 Joshi Road in Karol Bagh. It is a very crowded neighborhood and finding a place to park is almost impossible most days. Vinod Minerals & Chemicals is a small company and we mainly deal with the trading side of things. We have a lot of samples in glass jars sitting on the shelves, and they have been there so long that the labels are starting to fade. The office itself is quite cramped with three of us sharing the space and trying to keep track of all the orders coming in. We spend a lot of time on the telephone talking to suppliers or checking on deliveries that are stuck in traffic. The building is old and the stairs are quite steep, so we don't get many casual visitors. Most of our business is done with people we have known for ten or twenty years. We don't have any glossy brochures or a marketing department. We just try to keep our records straight and make sure the customers get what they ordered. Sometimes we go down to the street level to get some fresh air and watch the chaos of the Karol Bagh market. It is a loud and busy place to work, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We just keep doing our thing day after day without any fuss. There’s always something to be done with the inventory lists at night.
