We are situated right in the heart of New Delhi, in the 110001 area. It’s about as central as you can get in the city. Being in this part of Delhi means we are close to everything, but it also means dealing with the constant noise and the crowds. Our office is where all the behind-the-scenes travel stuff happens. We spend a lot of time on our computers, checking prices and making sure bookings are confirmed. It’s not a fancy place with a lobby or anything; it’s more of a workspace where we get things done. We have a lot of different people working here, some who have been in the travel business for decades and others who are just starting out. We don’t really go in for those big mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, drink our tea, and try to make sure no one’s holiday gets messed up. The building we’re in has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and it gets the job done. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a busy life here in Delhi, and we are just one small part of it, helping people find their way to wherever they are going. We keep things pretty straightforward and don’t try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s just about getting people from A to B.
