Ved Pahuja & Assoc

Our office is at 58/1011, right near the Main Market in Rajinder Nagar. If you know the market, you know it’s always buzzing with people and sellers. Being so close to all that energy is part of what makes Ved Pahuja & Assoc what it is. We’ve been in this building for quite a long time. It’s an older place, with stairs that creak a bit and windows that look out over the street life. We don't have a big shiny sign or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and you’ll usually find one of us buried under a pile of papers or on the phone. We do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for events and planning. It’s not always exciting, but it’s necessary. We spend a lot of time talking to the local shops in the market for supplies and whatever else we need. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't really follow a strict corporate manual. We just do what makes sense for the situation. Sometimes the office gets crowded when we have a big project going on, and things can get a bit loud, but that’s just how we operate. We like being in Rajinder Nagar because everything we need is right within walking distance. It’s a busy life, but it’s our life and we’ve grown quite fond of this spot. There's usually a stray cat sitting on the stairs outside.
