We are tucked away near the Old Pusa Gate in Ranjeet Nagar. If you know South Patel Nagar, you know how busy it gets around here. Our address is 3389, but sometimes the delivery drivers still get lost because the lanes are narrow. It’s a lively spot to work. There’s always noise from the street, and you can smell the food from the stalls nearby. Our office is cramped. We have files everywhere and the desks are pushed right up against each other. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly. We handle property matters and some general management tasks. It isn't a high-rise glass building; it’s a regular Delhi structure with lots of stairs. We don't have an elevator, so we get our exercise for the day just going to the second floor. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit and wait or go get some tea outside. We've been in this spot for years. Most of our neighbors are our friends too. We don't really do much on the internet; we prefer when people just walk in and talk to us. It feels more real. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork when it’s quieter. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't use fancy titles here. Everyone just helps out with whatever needs doing at the time. It is a busy life here.
