We run Vartika Hotels Private Limited from our office at R-649 in New Rajendra Nagar. It’s a decent neighborhood to be in, and we’ve been here for a bit. The street can get a little crowded during the day, but that’s just Delhi for you. We mostly focus on our hotel operations from this spot. It’s a simple setup inside, nothing too flashy. We have our desks, some old files, and usually a lot of coffee going around. People stop by sometimes to talk business or just to check in on things. We try to keep everything organized, though some days are definitely more chaotic than others. Managing hotels takes a lot of effort, and this office is where all that planning happens. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with hundreds of floors. We just like having a local base where we can keep an eye on everything. New Rajendra Nagar feels like a good fit for us because it’s central enough but still has that residential feel. We spend a lot of our hours here, making sure the rooms and the staff are all sorted out. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. The address is pretty easy to find once you get onto the right block. We've stayed here because it works for us and our team.
