Universal Overseas Ltd. is located over in Naraina Industrial Area Phase-i, at A-66. If you've ever been to Naraina, you know it's a busy, noisy place. There are trucks everywhere and a lot of dust in the air from all the factories. Our spot is right in the middle of all that action. It's a practical building, nothing special to look at, but it works for what we do. We spend our time managing overseas shipments, which means a lot of checking clocks to see what time it is in other countries. The phones ring quite a bit, and there’s always someone coming in with a delivery note or a question about a shipment. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room, and the back is mostly storage for samples and documents. It can get pretty hectic when we have a big deadline. We aren't trying to look like some big-city corporate office. We're just people who know how to handle the logistics of moving things across borders. Sometimes we forget to turn the AC off when we leave, or we run out of printer ink right when we need it most. It’s a real office with real problems. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's an issue, we just sit down and talk it through until it's fixed. It’s the way we’ve always done things here in Naraina.
