If you head over to Rajendra Place, you’ll find us in the Hemkunt Tower. We are up on the ninth floor, in suite 910. Unispec Marketing Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a long time. Rajendra Place is a hectic area with people constantly rushing around and the metro station always crowded. Our office is a bit quieter once you get inside, but it’s still a busy place. We have desks piled with papers and phones that seem to ring at the most inconvenient times. It’s a typical office setup, nothing too fancy or modern. We spend a lot of our time on calls or coordinating things. Being at number 6, Rajendra Place means we are close to all the other businesses, which is handy. The lifts in Hemkunt Tower can be a bit slow in the mornings, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup. We are just a marketing firm that handles things the old-fashioned way. We know our neighbors in the building and often run into them in the lobby. It’s a community of sorts. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s just us, working through the week and dealing with the Delhi pace. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, but that’s just how it goes.
