Union Conduit Industries

Our workshop for Union Conduit Industries is located right in the thick of things at Anand Parbat Gali No 8. If you know the area, you know how busy New Rohtak Road gets during the day. We are tucked away at B 17, and it is a pretty practical space for what we do. There is always a bit of dust in the air and the sound of machines or trucks nearby is just part of the daily life here. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the building has its quirks, like the door that sticks a bit when it rains. It is not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a place where we show up, put in the hours, and get the work done. The lane in Gali No 8 can be quite narrow, so we often have to wait for someone to move a cart or a bike before we can get things in or out. Inside, the desks are piled with papers and the floors are a bit stained, but it feels like home to us. We usually have a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. Living and working in this part of New Delhi means you get used to the noise and the constant movement. We just focus on our tasks and try to keep things moving along at a steady pace without making a big fuss about it.
