Transrail Logistics is based over in West Patel Nagar, at 29/141. New Delhi is always a bit chaotic, but this area has its own special kind of energy. The streets are packed with shops and people selling snacks, and there's always the sound of horns in the background. Our office is a practical space where we handle the logistics side of things. We’ve got desks piled with manifests and route maps. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure trucks are where they’re supposed to be. Some of us have been working here for years, so we know the shortcuts and the common delays. We aren't a big, shiny corporation with glass walls. We’re just a regular group of people working out of a building that’s seen better days. It gets dusty, and the noise from the street never really stops, but we get the work done. Usually, the morning is the busiest time when everyone is trying to get their schedules set. We take our tea breaks seriously, usually standing out on the balcony to get a bit of air. It’s honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We deal with the delays, the paperwork, and the occasional lost driver just like everyone else in this business. It’s just how things go in the city. We have a lot of files and old binders that probably need sorting, but we manage.
