Town Catalyst Consulting is based in Mayur Vihar Phase-I. We are over at Nirman Apartments, in Flat No. 226. It’s a residential complex, so it’s much quieter than a typical office block in the middle of a commercial district. We like it that way because it helps us focus on the consulting work we do without constant distractions. It feels a bit like working from home, but with the regular structure of a real office. We’ve turned the flat into a workspace with desks in the main rooms and a small kitchen for making coffee and snacks. Most of us live fairly close to Mayur Vihar, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a big win in a city like Delhi. The neighbors are nice families, and we try not to make too much noise during the day. Sometimes we have people over to discuss things, and we just sit in the living area where we’ve got some extra chairs set up. It’s not a polished environment with glass walls or minimalist furniture. There are books on the shelves and maybe a few plants that someone forgets to water occasionally. We handle our projects in a very practical way. No big speeches or corporate jargon, just honest conversations about what needs to happen next. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking on the phone. It’s a comfortable spot that lets us get through our tasks.
