Tic Event Management Group

Tic Event Management Group is located at 7A/66 in the WEA area of Karol Bagh. If you have ever been to Karol Bagh, you know how packed the streets can get with shoppers and cars and rickshaws all fighting for space. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. We spend most of our time planning out different things, mostly small gatherings and local functions. The room we work in is full of binders and old notebooks from years of doing this. We don't have any fancy software to do the work; we just rely on our phones and a lot of handwritten lists. Sometimes we are out all day visiting different spots or talking to people about what they need. It gets really hot in the summer, and the old air conditioner in the office makes a lot of noise, but we are used to it. We drink a lot of water and keep the fans going. It is a lot of back and forth, making sure everyone is on the same page. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It is just a small group of us who have lived in Delhi for a long time and know how to get things done. We usually end up staying late because that is when it finally gets a bit quieter outside. It is hard work, but we have been doing it for years now and it has become our daily routine.
