Thapar Engineering Works

You’ll find Thapar Engineering Works at No. S-15 on Street Number 12 in the Anand Parbat Industrial Area. We’re situated just off the New Rohtak Road. This whole area is packed with small workshops and factories, so it’s always buzzing with activity and noise. Our shop is a typical engineering setup. We have different machines for turning, milling, and whatever else needs doing for the jobs we take on. There are metal shavings all over the floor by the end of the day, and the smell of cutting fluid is pretty much everywhere. It’s a tight space, like most of the shops in Anand Parbat, but we make it work for the projects we get. We’ve been in this street for a long time, and we know all the other shop owners around us. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or adjusting the tools on the machines. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we like the pace of it. When a customer comes in, they usually just walk right into the shop area because we don't really have a separate office for meetings. We just talk over the noise of the machines. The New Rohtak Road is always jammed with traffic, which makes getting materials in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just focus on the work on our benches and try to get every piece finished correctly. It’s a busy life in a busy industrial neighborhood.
