Swift Travel Intl Pvt Ltd is tucked away at P 23/90, right behind the Madras Hotel in Connaught Circus. It is right in the heart of the city, so it’s always busy around here. The office is in one of those classic old buildings you find in CP. It has high ceilings but the space itself is a bit cramped with all the desks and filing cabinets we’ve squeezed in. Being behind the Madras Hotel is a good landmark, as everyone knows where that is. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork, passports, and flight schedules. The phones ring quite a bit and there is usually someone sitting in the waiting area looking at brochures. Connaught Circus is a loud place, and you can always hear the cars and people outside. We’ve been here long enough that the noise just becomes background hum. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together for years. It’s not a shiny, modern travel lounge. It’s a working office where we keep track of bookings and try to help people figure out where they are going. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of being in an old building. We don't use fancy systems, just a lot of lists and direct calls. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in a very busy part of Delhi.
