You can find us at Shop No. 1 in the Mashratra Bhawan on D.B Gupta Road. We’re right in Paharganj, directly opposite the police station. It’s a very crowded area with a lot of tourists and rickshaws constantly moving past the door. The shop isn't big. Fiberglass takes up a lot of room, so we have to be very organized with how we stack things. It can get a bit itchy working with this stuff all day, but we are used to it. We’ve been at this spot for years. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of character, or at least that’s what we call it when the plaster peels. We don’t have any fancy displays. People just come in, ask for what they need, and we cut it or find it in the back. It’s a noisy spot because of the traffic and the police sirens, but it’s a good location because everyone knows where the police station is. We open early and stay open until the market starts to quiet down. It’s a family-run feel here. We don’t use computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still written down in the ledger. It’s just how we’ve always done it. It's a bit messy, but we know the business well and just keep at it every day.
