If you have ever been to Naiwala, you already know it is the place to be for anything involving wheels and engines. It is a very busy area and can be quite overwhelming if you are not used to the constant sound of tools and people shouting. We have been working out of this location for a long time. The street is always full of people and spare parts and grease. It is not exactly a clean or quiet place to spend the day, but it is where the real work happens. At T 2526, we have our own little routine that we follow. We start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad and we keep going until the sun goes down and the lights come on. There are a lot of other shops around us doing similar things, so it feels like a big community of workers. We do not use any fancy computer systems or have a front desk with a receptionist. It is just the guys working and talking to whoever comes through the door needing help. Elahi Bux Road is narrow and always crowded, but we like it that way. It keeps us on our toes and the day goes by fast. Sometimes we have to move stacks of tires just to make space to walk inside.
