If you head over to 3072A Ranjeet Nagar in New Delhi, you will find where we work. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood—tight streets, lots of energy, and people everywhere. We are Surya Roshni Limited, and our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. It can be a bit loud sometimes with the street noise coming through the windows, but you get used to it after a week or two. The building itself has been around for a bit, so it has some character, even if the stairs are a little narrow. We don't have a team of people writing fancy mission statements for us. We just focus on the actual work that needs doing. Most of the time, we’re just coordinating things over the phone or catching up on emails. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have tea together in the afternoons when things quiet down a bit. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to run a decent business and keep our customers satisfied without making a big fuss about it. Ranjeet Nagar is a convenient spot for us, even if finding a place to park a scooter is a daily struggle. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their best to keep everything moving in the right direction. There's no secret to it, just plain old hard work.
