Superhit Products is tucked away at 8763/14-B in Shidi Pura, which is part of the Karol Bagh area. If you’ve ever tried to park a scooter around here, you know how tight the streets are. Our workspace is just a simple room where we keep our inventory and handle the daily chores. It’s often full of cardboard boxes that we need to sort through. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at a small desk surrounded by product samples. The walls could really use some new paint, but we never seem to find the time. We start our day early before the main market gets too loud. Karol Bagh has a specific energy, and Shidi Pura is no different. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people about orders. We don't use any big corporate words or have a fancy mission statement. We just try to get the products out on time. The local tea stall is just a few steps away, and that’s where we get our morning start. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when it’s hot outside, but we’re used to it. We’ve been in this spot for years and know all the neighbors. It’s just an honest, local business doing its thing every day.
