Sumit Enterprises is tucked away in Karol Bagh at Office 4/945 in the Naiwala area. If you know Karol Bagh, you know it’s one of the busiest places you can find, and Naiwala is no exception. Our office is a small but functional space where we handle our daily business. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners on the block. We mostly deal with parts and various supplies, so there are always boxes and items stacked around the room. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is when a customer asks for it. We aren't a big firm with layers of management. It’s just a few of us here making sure the orders are filled and the stock is replenished. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to sound more important than we are. People come to us because they know we have what they need and we don't overcomplicate things. The noise from the street is constant, with horns honking and people shouting, but it’s just the background to our workday. We open the doors in the morning and stay busy until it’s time to close up. It’s honest, hard work in a crowded part of the city. We don't have a website or a glossy brochure. We just have our office in Naiwala and the work we do every day.
