Our shop is right in the heart of Delhi, at Connaught Circus. It's G-55 on the ground floor. If you know where Pallika is, we’re just opposite that. Being in CP means it’s always loud and crowded outside. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location. People are usually in a hurry. We handle a lot of international and domestic stuff here. The office isn't huge, but it's functional. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. You can see the old architecture of Connaught Place from our door. Inside, it's mostly us at our desks looking at flight schedules. We deal with all sorts of travelers. Some are tourists visiting Delhi and others are locals heading out. It gets dusty sometimes with all the traffic outside. We have a few computers and a lot of files. We don’t do much advertising; people just find us when they are shopping or walking around CP. It’s a practical setup. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for systems to load. It’s just a normal day-to-day business. We don’t have anything fancy, just the basic stuff needed to get people where they need to go. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to hear the traffic. We’re just here doing our bit in the middle of the city. We keep the doors open even when it's hot. It feels more welcoming that way.
