Star Teletech Systems

Being right near the railway station here in Patel Nagar West means it’s never really quiet at Star Teletech Systems. We are at 461/6, and you can hear the trains passing by pretty much all day long. You get used to the vibration after a while. Our shop is filled with telecommunications gear and various technical tools. We spend a lot of time testing lines and checking equipment to make sure everything is connected right. It’s a hands-on kind of place. There are wires hanging in some corners and stacks of manuals that we should probably organize better one of these days. People from the neighborhood often drop by if they have a problem with their phones or their internet connection. We don't have a fancy waiting room; usually, people just stand by the counter while we take a look at their stuff. Working in Patel Nagar West is fast-paced because of the station nearby. There is always a sense of hurry in the air outside. Inside, we just focus on the task at hand. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want the systems we work on to function the way they are supposed to. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error sometimes. We stay busy from the morning commute until the late trains start running, just keeping the tech side of things moving. It’s noisy and a bit cramped, but it’s where we get the work done.
