Sri Giriraj Clinic

If you head over to Paharganj, you’ll find Sri Giriraj Clinic. We are on the first floor at 1778 Pratap Street in Chuna Mandi. If you know Paharganj, you know how narrow and crowded the streets can be. It’s a constant rush of people, rickshaws, and tourists. Our clinic is right in the middle of all that chaos. You have to walk up the stairs to find us. It’s a bit of an old building, and the stairs are narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street. We see a lot of locals who live in the apartments nearby, plus the occasional traveler who picked up a bug while passing through. The rooms are small and we have to be very organized to make everything fit. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so the fans are always on full blast. Chuna Mandi is a lively area, and there’s always something happening right outside our window. We don't have a lot of space for a big waiting room, so people often end up standing or leaning against the wall. It’s just a simple clinic doing what it can in a very busy part of Delhi. We don't use any fancy systems, just paper files and a lot of talking. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it seems to work for the people who come to see us in Paharganj.
