You can find us at Plot No. A-7 in Deepak Vihar, which is part of the Mohan Garden area. It’s out in West Delhi. We deal with sports talent, mostly looking for kids who have some spark and need a bit of a push. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time out on dusty fields or sitting in this office planning things out. The building isn’t brand new or anything fancy. It’s just a solid place where we can keep our equipment and meet with people who need us. We’re not a big agency with scouts in expensive suits. We’re just local folks who know a bit about sports and how things work. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there talking in the dark until it comes back on. It’s very informal. We don’t have a PR person or a secretary. If you call us, one of us just picks up the phone and talks to you. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just want to see people get a fair chance. The neighborhood is always busy, with lots of traffic near Mohan Garden, but our plot is tucked away enough to get some real work done. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and some sports gear in the corner. We don’t have any slogans here. Just the daily grind of trying to help where we can and keeping things moving forward.
