Inside, there are just stacks of tiles and some desks. We handle the orders and talk to contractors. Sometimes people come in with small samples trying to match something from twenty years ago. It’s hard work sometimes. The 110005 area is tight for space. We have to be careful when moving the ceramic slabs so they don't hit the walls. It’s a lot of manual labor, honestly. We aren't sitting around in suits. Usually, it's just shirtsleeves and maybe a bit of dust on the trousers. We keep a ledger for the sales. The fans run all day but it stays warm. If you’re walking down Raiger Pura, you’ll see our door. It’s a practical business. We don't do big flashy ads. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Delhi life is fast, but here we just take one customer at a time. It’s a steady rhythm. Some days are long, especially when new shipments arrive from the factory. We just unload the trucks and get back to it. It's honest work and we like the neighborhood vibe.
