Socialkit Foundation

If you look for us, we are in Shop No-326 on the 3rd floor of Apna Bazar. That’s over in Civil Lines. It’s a bit of a climb if you don't use the stairs, but the market is always full of life. Socialkit Foundation is what we named the place. We’ve been here for a while now, tucked away in this corner of the bazaar. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need for our daily work. We mostly deal with everyday things and helping folks who wander in looking for advice. Civil Lines is a nice area, a bit quieter than the main markets but Apna Bazar still gets its share of crowds on the weekends. We have some old desks and a couple of fans that make a bit of noise, but it keeps the air moving. People usually find us by word of mouth. We don't really put up big signs or anything. It’s just us working through the day, drinking tea, and trying to be useful to the people who live around here. Some days it’s just one of us here, other days the whole group shows up and it gets a bit noisy. We like the atmosphere of the market. There’s always someone selling something or people arguing about prices outside. It makes us feel like we are right in the middle of everything. We aren't looking to grow into some huge corporation. We just like our spot on the third floor.
