Slitt Coat Engineers

Our workshop is at 10 Anand Parbat on Vishwakarma Marg, specifically in Street Number 10. It’s a busy industrial pocket, so there is always the sound of machinery and metal clanging nearby. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now. The building is old, and the walls have seen a lot of grease and paint over the years. We do engineering work, mostly focused on coating and slitting processes, which is why we have the machines set up the way they are. It’s a bit cramped inside because the equipment takes up most of the floor space. We usually have a layer of dust on everything, but that’s just part of working in Anand Parbat. We start our day early before the sun gets too high and the heat in the shop becomes too much. The street outside is narrow, so getting big trucks in can be a real headache sometimes. We don't have a fancy office or a lobby for guests. Usually, we just talk to people right there on the shop floor where all the work is happening. Our hands are usually dirty from the machines, but we know how to fix the problems that come our way. It’s a straightforward operation. We just show up, run the machines, and make sure the jobs get finished by the end of the shift. It isn't glamorous, but it’s what we do.
