Shri Dwarkadhish Dairy Farm

Shri Dwarkadhish Dairy Farm has its main office at 802 Ambadeep Building. That’s on 14 K.G. Marg, right in the middle of things. It’s a bit of a trek up to the eighth floor, but the view is decent. Even though we are in a corporate-looking building, we aren't really corporate people. We deal with milk and dairy products, which is a very hands-on kind of business. The office is where we handle the paperwork, the distribution schedules, and the payments. Most of the real action happens out at the farms and the processing units, but this is our central hub. We have a small staff here who have been with us for years. We know our suppliers well and we talk to them every single day. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everything stays fresh and gets delivered on time. Sometimes the traffic on K.G. Marg makes things difficult, but we've learned to work around it. We don't use a lot of fancy software; a lot of our notes are still on paper or in simple spreadsheets. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it works for us. We just want to make sure the dairy gets from the farm to the people without any fuss. It’s what we know how to do. The desks are a bit small but we make it work.
