Our shop is located at 3318, Bagichi Habibux, which is right in the Pahar Ganj area of Delhi. If you are trying to find us, we are right by the Avtar Hotel. Pahar Ganj is a very lively place, maybe a bit too lively sometimes with all the tourists and the narrow lanes, but that’s where we are. We do tours and travel stuff for anyone who stops by. It’s a small operation and we don’t have any polished corporate offices. It’s just us in a room with a lot of papers and phones. We help people figure out their train tickets or where they want to go for a holiday. Since we are near the hotel, we see a lot of people coming and going from all over. We just talk to them like normal people and try to help them out with their plans. There is no big mission statement here. We just want to make sure people get their tickets and their trips sorted without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones don't stop ringing, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been at this address for a while and we know the area well. We’re usually there working through the pile of bookings and trying to keep everything organized for our customers as best we can.
