We operate out of Karol Bagh, specifically in the Christian Colony area. Our address is a bit of a mouthful with the plot number 22 and the Khasra numbers, but once you find Plot 22 in Block Q, you are there. Karol Bagh is famous for being a hub of trade, and we are right in the middle of it. Shopeshop Global Exim Private Limited is what we are registered as. It’s an export-import business, so our days are filled with tracking containers and talking to freight forwarders. The office is in a building that has seen better days, but it works for us. We have a couple of computers that are a bit slow and the desks are scratched up, but they do the job. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations. The walls have some old calendars and maps pinned to them. It’s a very practical environment. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with because of the global nature of the trade. Sometimes the regulations change and we have to spend the whole day reading up on new rules. It can be tiring, but it’s part of the business. We are just normal people trying to run a company without making things too complicated. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure we don't miss any deadlines. It’s just how we work every day, dealing with whatever shipping issues come up next.
