You can find Shivani Industires at Gr No-476 in Sector 29, Noida. It’s a straightforward industrial plot in a part of the city that’s grown a lot over the years. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the workshop area and a small space for administrative stuff. Most of our time is spent on the floor, dealing with whatever production is currently running. It’s noisy, and the smell of oil and metal is pretty much constant. We’ve been here in Sector 29 for quite a while, so we’ve seen the surroundings change a lot. The yard often has scrap material or outgoing shipments waiting to be picked up. It’s not a polished place by any means; the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the floor is stained from years of work. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily tasks and making sure the machines are running like they should. In the afternoons, it gets quite hot, so we usually have a few big fans going to keep the air moving. We don't have a big staff, so everyone knows how to handle the different pieces of equipment. Lunch is usually eaten quickly so we can get back to it. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office, we just want to get the orders out on time. The gate usually stays open during the day for deliveries.
