You can find us in Kapashera Village, at House Number 835. We are way up on the third floor. It’s near the Food Village, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The walk up the stairs is a bit of a workout, but we are used to it by now. The office is just a couple of rooms where we handle our daily activities. Kapashera is a very crowded place, always full of people moving around for work. It’s a bit noisy outside, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a little more peaceful. We don't really have any fancy titles or a corporate structure. We just work together as a small group. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people from the village. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just see what the situation is and try to do something about it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the water cooler runs out, but we just deal with it. It’s a very real environment. We are just local people trying to make things a little easier for others around us. It’s not always easy, but we keep showing up every morning. We like being part of the life here in Kapashera. It gets tiring but we do not mind the long hours much at all.
